Hillend Engineering exhibited at the 2025 APSE Scotland Fleet, Waste and Grounds Seminar, 20–23 May at the MacDonald Aviemore Highland Resort in Scotland.
A key event in the public service sector calendar,
APSE brings together fleet and waste professionals from across the UK.
This year, in recognition of the event’s close proximity to our own HQ’s in Dunfermline, we embraced the creative theme: Your Favourite Local, with a mock-pub named The Hillend Arms, in Hillend Street. We were the locals for sales, service, repair and refurbishment of all types of refuse collection vehicles.
‘The Hillend Arms’ also used a cheeky representation of our iconic Front End Loader (FEL), with mighty arms / forks. The mock-pub was decorated with after sales beer mats, fake beer pulls, and Hillend Engineering branded snack boards. The result was a visually engaging site that sparked plenty of conversation.
