This International Women in Engineering Day, we celebrate Julia Hepburn, Hillend Engineering's Change Implementation Controller.

Inspired by her Dad from a young age, Julia launched her career in engineering and has made a real impact here at Hillend Engineering. Julia tells us that a stand-out achievement for her, is feeling equal, and knowing that she doesn't need to prove herself, her skills and resilience are obvious to see.  Julia says that no two days are the same and she uses her knowledge and experience to navigate the challenges and day to day tasks.

When asked to give advice to young women considering opportunities in engineering, Julia says, 'Go for it, it's the best industry ever, I wouldn't change my job in engineering for the world'.
