On June 12th, Paul Brown and his team hosted Hillend Engineering’s
3rd Annual Customer Day, bringing together over 70 customers
from waste management companies and local councils across
the UK.
The format of this year’s event gave guests the opportunity to choose from 18 holes of golf at The Abbey Golf Course in Redditch, or clay shooting with training followed by a friendly competition, at the local Lea Marston Shooting Club
Guests were encouraged to stay at the hotel on the evening of the
11th, attending an informal summer BBQ and a short presentation outlining our recent investment and new developments at Hillend Engineering.
Three of our latest products were on display and demonstrated at the show: MICRO XHD, CITYTRAK and POWERTRAK. In such an informal atmosphere customers were all extremely enthusiastic to attend the demonstrations and it was a great opportunity to showcase the quality and efficiency of our RCVs.
The occasion was a great mixture of networking, fun and frivolity
and with fantastic feedback from our customers, we look forward
to repeating the event in 2026.
