Meet Paul Stanley, Regional Service Manager at our Arundel Depot

As part of major investment in 2025, Hillend Engineering are developing our Southern Workshop and Customer Service Centre in Arundel. Diving this project forward, we are delighted to be joined by highly experienced industry professional, Paul Stanley.

Paul joined Hillend Engineering in February, bringing extensive knowledge from a career spanning 24-years at Havant Borough Council, following earlier roles as a Mechanic and Transport Manager. Paul has an exceptional understanding of customer needs, and of the heavy-duty workload of busy RCVs.

Paul says: “I’m glad to be joining the team at Hillend Engineering, it’s currently an exciting time in the waste management industry, with new legislative changes happening both in commercial and household waste collection and disposal. Service and After Sales support are at the core of our business values, and my aim is to promote our Southern centre, making improvements to our customer service and to the site facilities, including recruiting additional skilled engineers to the team, to give our customers the best possible experience”.

Paul will be visiting customers in the Southern Region over the coming weeks and looks forward to meeting you.
